How To Use:
FOR HEAT THERAPY: Fold the wrap in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30 to 40-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (not longer than 1 minute). Warning: Do not overheat. Do not heat for more than 1 minute. 

FOR COLD THRAPY: Store or place in freezer for an hour before use.

Spot clean with clean damp cloth only. Do not launder. Caution: This product contains small pieces and is not recommended for children under the age of three.
